Before his change Carnage´s most prominent features were his blood red skin and horns, proves of his Demon-heritage. His forearms are stony and his upper build unnaturally heavy (powerful build racial trait). His eyes are black and his teeth much like those of a shark. Carnage has a fiendish tail and clawed feet capable of great bursts of speed (fiendish sprinter racial trait). His body glows infernally as if he is burning. His voice is a deep murderous rumble and children hearing it start to cry.

After his pact with Dagon, Carnage is slowly transforming into an amalgation of deep-sea creatures, alike Dagon. The Demon-Lord, who himself is hideously monstrous and somewhat alien, being neither fully fish, eel, or octopus; some foul amalgamation of all three. Most vivid now is his cephalopod-like head, with many octopus-like tentacles (prehensile tail racial trait). His skin, while still red has became mottled like some deep-sea dwellers (extreme endurance cold barbarian ability) and his tail now sports a sharp serrated fin. The infernal glow changed into an eerie fiendish light. During his rage Carnages hands used to change into taloned claws, now one resembles a crustacean-style claw the other the finned claw of a sahuagin (lesser beast totem rage power). Part of his body become covered in crustacean body segments (beast totem rage power). Deformity is one of the aspects of Dagon, so the changes into a horrible cross-breed between land dweller and ichthyic beings from the depths which has no place in the natural order of things is a sign of the Demon-Lords favor. Carnage is an demonic avatar of indiscriminate rage and bloodlust. He is one of the most deadly yet unstable melee fighters in Golarion, such is Carnage's fury that, in battle, he ceases to make a distinction between friend and foe, and slays anything that comes into his range. Carnage cares not where the blood flows from, only that it flows.

Biography:

Carnage was born on the merchant ship Chaste in the Shackles under a crimson moon (Homeland: Unusual Homeland (Sea)). His father was the captain of the ship and his mother a member of the crew (Parent's Profession: Sailors). Carnage more or less ripped his way out of his mother during birth, because he already had a heavy build and small horns. Soon after giving him life his mother died (Circumstance of Birth: Born of Violence).
His father loathed the child and the superstitious crew feared the bad sign of a tiefling born on bord under the ominous moon. So his father decided to throw the infant over board to drown him (Childhood: Betrayal).
Carnage would have died there and then, if not for chance Dagon, Demon Lord of the Sea, intervened (Influential Associate: The Fiend). He saw the potential for future destruction and death in the child and sent one of his devilfish servants to rescue the boy. Carnage was raised, tortured and trained by Dagons minions in Ugothanok in the Abyssal Sea, a time he has no memory of, although he kept full control over his abilities.
When he reached his adolescent Dagon offered Carnage the opportunity of vengeance against his father (Training: Vengeance), all he would have to do is bond his soul to the Demon Lord (Damned story feat).
Carnage gladly accepted and was sent back to the sea on the material plane, provided with armor and weapon to match his fiery demon heritage.
Drifting in the water he was fished out by a ship, which by chance or not was captained by his father. On bord Carnage gleefully slaughtered the whole crew, the gore and blood splattering the ship deck. At last he killed his father and offered the blood to Dagon (Parents: Both Dead). But the pact was made, the rage was awakened as was Dagons plan all the time (Moral Conflict: Murder; Subject: Family member; Motivation: Hatred or Malice; Resolution: You Enjoyed It).

Present log:

Since this day he continues to sail the Shackles always searching for blood to be spilled....one day to become one of the greatest and most terrible servants of Dagon known in the Shackles. A legendary supernatural ruler of the Seas as the condemned captain of the crimson fregatte Devilfish. A fearsome captain, striking terror into the bravest of sailors and killing without mercy. Carnage will become the stuff of various myths and legends of Pirate Lore.

Equipment & Skills:
Carnage is clad in a slick leather armor made of shining, slippery eelskin (enchanted eelskin) that allows him to move with deadly grace and sudden swiftness, especially underwater. When immersed in water, it grants him the ability to swim and breath water and an inky cloud conceals partially conceals him.

Zul
(https://db4sgowjqfwig.cloudfront.net/images/2359423/Zul.jpg)
After the raid on Krelloort's tribe at Mancatchers cove Carnage is armed with a trident a legendary relic of Dagon named Zul (large +1 human bane, transmuting trident) and now his favored weapon. He took it from the corpse of his victim, the chieftain Krelloort. The three-pronged head is crafted of magically strengthened seashells, and its haft is composed of rough, twisted coral, which would injure anyone wielding it without toughened demon skin.. The trident has the power to transmute the substance of the attacked creature into rigid coral. The trident was enlarged by a sorcerer and worshipper of Dagon  in Port Peril to better fit the fighting prowess of his new master.

Since his nomination for executioner on the Flying Spirit Carnage sports an cat o`nine tails and he relishes to whip the penitents into unconsciousness. The whip is called the Quartermaster (large masterwork cat o' nine tails) for the tenth tail, which is the actual tail of the former quartermaster of the Spirit Pandur Stryker, taken off him after his death by some Old One cultists during the treasure hunt on Tornasu Isle.
